How do I search for specific products in the Opal Avenue Marketplace?

I’m interested in a brand/product. What’s next?

You have several options:
• Learn more about that particular brand by exploring our OPAL TV channel or social streams @OpalAvenueBrands for recent live broadcasts or product trainings.
• Click “request sample” and a notification with your personal message will automatically be sent to the brand for fulfillment. When requesting a sample, an Opal Avenue retail specialist will help facilitate your sample request with ease, provide detailed answers to any questions and share tracking information with you once your samples have shipped directly from the brand.
• Place your order directly on the marketplace by selecting desired brand’s products and quantities. You’ll receive confirmations at every step of the ordering process. Orders can be placed securely through the Opal Avenue marketplace 24/7. Our retail specialists are with you every step of the way including sending you tracking details once your order ships from the brand.

Are you able to mail me a physical catalog?

We embrace green practices by eliminating traditional printed sales catalogs which quickly become out of date. Brand and product profiles are always current with vital product information.

We have our own system for generating POs or have our own terms that brands must adhere to. Can we still use Opal Avenue to discover new brands?

Once the brand is live on the platform, you’ll be able to request new item samples and conduct your reorders right away.

Can brands or other retailers see my information or search activity?

No they cannot. We put great measures in place to make the Opal Avenue Marketplace a safe and secure resource for your business. The only time your relevant information is shared with a brand is if you have a sample request or order that needs to be shipped to you by that specific brand.

Do I have to be a U.S or Canadian based retailer to use Opal Avenue?

Yes. At this time the Opal Avenue marketplace showcases brands based in the U.S and Canada to U.S and Canadian retailers. We are working to extend our service to retailers and brands in other select countries. Stay tuned.
